Traditional Recipe Salsicca with chunks of aged parmesan and fresh tomatoes.  Delizioso!

MANZO’S EXTRA-SPECIAL

Traditional Recipe Salsicca with aged parmesan, fresh tomatoes, parsley and sweet Marsala wine.  This is a personal favorite of Mr. Kim Tucci’s (co-owner of The Pasta House Company).

Tender blend of freshly ground beef and pork, farm-fresh eggs, cheese and spices made just the way Mamma Manzo taught us to make it.  Just perfect.  We wouldn’t change a thing.

TUSCAN ITALIAN SALSICCIA

Traditional Recipe Salsicca with sundried tomatoes and provolone cheese.  Then we blend in chunks of pepperoncini peppers – just enough mild heat to produce and authentic Tuscan flavor.

SWEET ITALIAN SALSICCIA

For those who don’t like fennel seeds, we take our Traditional Recipe Salsiccia and use ground fennel instead and add a little sugar to give it a nice carmelization when cooked.

BULK ITALIAN SALSICCIA

Traditional Recipe Salsiccia made with pork only and NOT stuffed into hogcasings.  This is the product of choice for lasagna, pizza toppings, meatballs, and stuffing.
