Since 1955 the Manzo Family has been making traditional Italian Sausage (Salsiccia) and has developed a loyal and enthusiastic following. These original recipes were brought to the United States by Brigida & Pietro Manzo when they immigrated from Sicily, Italy in the 1950s and today, their son Pete Manzo carries on the tradition as Master Sausage-maker.
It is the careful blending of the finest spices, the traditional method of production, and our commitment to quality that make our sausage products superior. Only the highest quality ingredients, the best hand-trimmed pork and beef and natural hogcasings are used. No extenders, no fillers, no colorants and no preservatives are used in our products.
