WELCOME TO MANZO SAUSAGE KITCHEN & MARKET

Since 1955, Manzo’s has been a South City favorite. Originally opened as an Italian grocery store, Manzo’s has evolved into a sausage emporium that features imported italian and mediterranean grocery items, olive bar, imported cheeses, pastas, olive oils, spices, frozen pastas and a deli sandwich counter.

Our Specialty – Salsiccia

Currently Pete makes about 12 different salsicce, which are rotated weekly. He gets inspired by flavors and works on different flavor sets in his sausage studio. Only when he is happy with the flavor combinations will he make a batch for sale to his customers.

SAUSAGE FLAVORS

Since 1955 the Manzo Family has been making traditional Italian Sausage (Salsiccia) and has developed a loyal and enthusiastic following. These original recipes were brought to the United States by Brigida & Pietro Manzo when they immigrated from Sicily, Italy in the 1950s and today, their son Pete Manzo carries on the tradition as Master Sausage-maker.

It is the careful blending of the finest spices, the traditional method of production, and our commitment to quality that make our sausage products superior. Only the highest quality ingredients, the best hand-trimmed pork and beef and natural hogcasings are used. No extenders, no fillers, no colorants and no preservatives are used in our products.
